Throbbing Gristle were an English music and visual arts group, officially formed in September 1975 in Kingston upon Hull. With its members Genesis P-Orridge (born Neil Megson), Cosey Fanni Tutti (born Christine Newby), Peter “Sleazy” Christopherson and Chris Carter, they became widely regarded as the pioneers of industrial music. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Throbbing_Gristle

Heathen Earth is a live album by English industrial music pioneers Throbbing Gristle, released in 1980 through Industrial Records. Tracks 1–8 document their performance 16 February 1980 at the Industrial Records studio in front of a small, invited audience. The audience are all credited by name on the album.
The cover for this album was a Peter Christopherson’s concept.
