US rock band with members Doug Lubahn: vocals, bass. Ned Liben: guitar. Werner Fritzsching: guitar. Mark Kaufman: drums who released an album entitled Vinyl Futures in 1981.

The actor on the front of the cover is a friend of Hipgnosis, Peter Moon, and according to Storm Thorgerson in the book ‘The Gathering Storm’ it was very much about the face of the character. Having huge eyes and doing something bizarre like eating a vinyl record on a moving train into the future, which made up by the album title.
