Bunk Dogger was really just a pseudonym for Tim Phillips.

First Offence was the first album by Bunk Dogger and it was accompanied by the singles “French Lessons” and “You Know the Sandman”.
According to Aubrey Powell this cover is just plain vulgar and was condemned by Mary Whitehouse, the political correctness czar during the 70’s, and therefore was subsequently banned by the BBC.
